ONTARIO REGULATION 199/00

PAYMENTS INTO THE CONSOLIDATED REVENUE FUND

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. The Corporation shall pay into the Consolidated Revenue Fund 20 per cent of the revenue that it receives each week from the operation of casinos under the Act, after paying winnings to players. O. Reg. 199/00, s. 1.

2. The Corporation shall make the payment required by section 1 each week, based on its revenue for the preceding week. O. Reg. 199/00, s. 2.
