EXTENDING TERM OF VALIDITY OF VEHICLE PERMITS

Motor vehicle permits extended
1. Despite subsection 4 (1) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, the term of validity of a motor vehicle permit is extended until the day this Regulation is revoked if, without the extension, the permit would cease to be currently validated under that subsection on or after the day this Regulation comes into force. Commercial motor vehicle permits extended
2. Despite subsection 5 (1) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, the term of validity of a commercial motor vehicle permit is extended until the day this Regulation is revoked if, without the extension, the permit would cease to be currently validated under that subsection on or after the day this Regulation comes into force. Temporary permits extended
3. Despite subsection 11 (1) of Regulation 628 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990, a Temporary permit that is issued on or after the day this Regulation comes into force is valid until the day this Regulation is revoked. O. Reg. 107/02, s. 3.
