FEES FOR NON-PERMANENT RESIDENTS — EXEMPTIONS

Prescribed class
1. (1) The class of persons described in subsection (2) is prescribed as a class for which a board shall not charge a fee in accordance with subsection 49 (7) of the Act. O. Reg. 586/05, s. 1 (1).
(2) The class referred to in subsection (1) is the class that comprises persons who,
(a) were displaced as a result of Hurricane Katrina; and
(b) were admitted to a school of a board in the 2005-2006 school year. O. Reg. 586/05, s. 1 (2).
