ONTARIO REGULATION 633/05

GENERAL

Consolidation Period: From December 8, 2005 to the e-Laws currency date.

This Regulation is made in English only.

Prescribed as ambulance worker

1. For the purposes of clause (c) of the definition of “ambulance worker” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act, an employee whose duties include call-taking services required for the provision of ambulance services is prescribed as an ambulance worker. O. Reg. 633/05, s. 1.

Application

2. The Act applies to the provision of air ambulance services to the same extent as it applies to the provision of other ambulance services. O. Reg. 633/05, s. 2.
