PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT DEFINITION

Interpretation

1. Urgent and high priority renewal projects described in subsection 36 (9.1) of Ontario Regulation 400/05 (Grants for Student Needs — Legislative Grants for the 2005-2006 School Board Fiscal Year) made under the Act, are prescribed for the purpose of clause (i) of the definition of “permanent improvement” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act. O. Reg. 461/06, s. 1.
