DELEGATION OF REGULATION-MAKING AUTHORITY TO THE MINISTER

Delegation of regulation-making authority

1. The authority to make regulations relating to the matters described in paragraphs 3, 13.1, 19, 21, 22 and 37 of subsection 44 (1) of the Act is delegated to the Minister. O. Reg. 299/08, s. 1.
