Prescribed temporary indexing factor

1. For the purposes of subsections 51 (5) and 52 (1.3) of the Act, a temporary indexing factor of 0.5 per cent shall be applied for 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.  O. Reg. 454/09, s. 1; O. Reg. 405/10, s. 1; O. Reg. 140/12, s. 1.

Note: On January 1, 2015, section 1 is amended by striking out “2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014” and substituting “2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015”. (See: O. Reg. 251/14, ss. 1, 2)
