1. Each of the agencies, boards, commissions, corporations and other entities listed in Schedule 1 to this Regulation is prescribed for the purposes of the definition of “adjudicative tribunal” in section 2 of the Act.  O. Reg. 126/10, s. 1.

Cluster of environment and land tribunals

2. The following adjudicative tribunals are designated as a cluster of environment and land tribunals:

1. Assessment Review Board.

2. Board of negotiation continued under subsection 27 (1) of the Expropriations Act.

3. Conservation Review Board.

4. Environmental Review Tribunal.
