REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD OF ONTARIO

Designation

1. The following assets are designated as qualifying assets for the purposes of the Act:

1. Real property owned by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario in the City of Toronto at the addresses known municipally as 95 Lake Shore Boulevard East, 15 Freeland Street and 8 and 15 Cooper Street.

Application

2. This Regulation applies with respect to the following assets:

1. The real property owned by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario described in paragraph 3 of subsection 3 (1) of the Act.

2. The real property owned by the Liquor Control Board of Ontario designated in section 1 of this Regulation.

Amount to be credited

3. For the purposes of section 6 of the Act, the following amount in connection with the disposition of the assets is to be credited to the Trillium Trust promptly after this section comes into force:

1. $246,215,325, being 100 per cent of the designated proceeds of disposition, as determined under section 4 of the Act.

4. For the purposes of paragraph 2 of section 4 of the Act, $3,553,741 is prescribed as the amount of costs incurred by the Crown in connection with the disposition.
