DELEGATION OF REGULATION-MAKING AUTHORITY TO THE MINISTER

Note: THIS REGULATION IS NOT YET IN FORCE. It comes into force on June 12, 2017, the day subsection 78 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015 comes into force.

No amendments.

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

Delegation of regulation-making authority

1. The authority to make regulations relating to the following matters is delegated to the Minister:

1. The matters described in paragraph 2 of subsection 78 (1) of the Act as they relate to matters or things, for which the power to make regulations is delegated to the Minister.

2. The matters described in paragraphs 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 23 and 25 of subsection 78 (1) of the Act.

2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
