Ontario Telemedicine Network
1. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of subsection 40 (2) of the Act, Ontario Telemedicine Network is prescribed as an organization for the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act.
CorHealth Ontario
2. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of subsection 40 (2) of the Act, CorHealth Ontario is prescribed as an organization for the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act. O. Reg. 749/20, s. 1.
Critical Care Services Ontario
3. Pursuant to paragraph 8 of subsection 40 (2) of the Act and to subsection 40 (3.1) of the Act, the program of University Health Network known as Critical Care Services Ontario is prescribed as an organization for the purposes of subsection 40 (1) of the Act. O. Reg. 235/24, s. 1.
