COMPLIANCE WITH MANAGER’S PROTOCOL RESPECTING THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Compliance with protocol

1. Any person who enters the Terminal for any purpose shall comply with the protocol developed by the manager of the Terminal under Ontario Regulation 269/20 (Manager’s Protocol Respecting The Coronavirus (COVID-19)) made under the Act while that protocol is in effect.

2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
