INFORMATION RELATED TO ACCREDITATION

Note: THIS REGULATION IS NOT YET IN FORCE. It comes into force on January 1, 2024, the day subsection 11 (1) of Schedule 8 to the Safer Ontario Act, 2018 comes into force.

Information related to accreditation to be provided on request

1. Upon request, a person who operates a laboratory in which a test described in subsection 2 (1) of the Act is conducted shall provide the Minister with information relating to the accreditation of the laboratory.

2. Omitted (provides for coming into force of provisions of this Regulation).
