Note: This Regulation was revoked on the day section 14 of Schedule R to the Red Tape Reduction Act, 1999 is proclaimed in force. This day has been named as July 1, 2003. See: O. Reg. 381/02, ss. 4, 5.
This Regulation is made in English only.
1. A notice required by section 82 of the Act shall be in the following form:
