WARD BOUNDARIES

Note: This Regulation became spent some time before January 1, 2004.

This Regulation is made in English only.

1. (1) Effective on the 1st day of December, 1988, The Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto is divided into twenty-eight metropolitan wards. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 1 (1).

(2) Each metropolitan ward consists of the lands described in Schedule 1 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 1 (2).

(3) One metropolitan councillor shall be elected from each metropolitan ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 1 (3).

2. (1) The area municipality of the Borough of East York consists of the four local wards described in Schedule 2 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 2 (1).

(2) Two councillors shall be elected from each local ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 2 (2).

3. (1) Effective on the 1st day of December, 1988, the area municipality of the City of Etobicoke is divided into twelve local wards. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 3 (1).

(2) Each local ward consists of the lands described in Schedule 3 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 3 (2).

(3) One councillor shall be elected from each local ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 3 (3).

4. (1) The area municipality of the City of North York consists of the fourteen local wards set out in Schedule 4 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 4 (1).

(2) One councillor shall be elected from each local ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 4 (2).

5. (1) The area municipality of the City of Scarborough consists of the fourteen local wards described in Schedule 5 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 5 (1).

(2) One councillor shall be elected from each local ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 5 (2).

6. (1) Effective on the 1st day of December, 1988, the area municipality of the City of Toronto is divided into sixteen local wards. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 6 (1).

(2) Each local ward consists of the lands described in Schedule 6 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 6 (2).

(3) One councillor shall be elected from each local ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 6 (3).

7. (1) The area municipality of the City of York consists of the eight local wards described in Schedule 7 to Ontario Regulation 188/88 as it read on December 31, 1990. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 7 (1).

(2) One councillor shall be elected from each local ward. R.R.O. 1990, Reg. 825, s. 7 (2).
