This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The following costs are payable upon conviction for the purposes of subsection 60 (1) of the Act:

2. Costs may be awarded under subsection 60 (2) of the Act for the items and to a maximum of the amounts following:

Fee for each witness for each day necessarily in attendance when trial scheduled |

Travel expenses for each witness, |

i. where witness resides in place where trial held |

ii. where witness does not reside in place where trial held, a kilometre allowance as set out in Regulation 11 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 entitled “Kilometre Allowances”. |
