CONVEYANCE OF ASSETS

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.
1. An approved agency may transfer, assign, lease, encumber, or otherwise convey an interest in, an asset it acquires with financial assistance from the Province of Ontario if,
(a) the price at which the agency acquired the asset is $500 or less; or
(b) the agency has entered into an agreement with the Minister respecting the provision of community services by the agency and the transfer, assignment, lease, encumbrance or other conveyance is in compliance with the agreement. O. Reg. 179/95, s. 1.
2. A local health integration network as defined in section 2 of the Local Health System Integration Act, 2006 is exempt from the application of section 1 of this Regulation. O. Reg. 118/17, s. 1
