Associate Judges — QUALIFICATIONS

This is the English version of a bilingual regulation.

1. Ten years is prescribed, for the purposes of subsection 86.1 (2) of the Act, as the period of time for which a person must have been a member of the bar of a province or territory or a judge in order to be appointed as an associate judge.  O. Reg. 535/96, s. 1; O. Reg. 590/21, s. 2.
