This Regulation is made in English only.
1. The board of a designated administrative authority may give any person a copy of a report that it is required to make under subsection 13 (1) of the Act, even if the Minister has not laid the report before the Assembly as required by subsection 13 (3) of the Act. O. Reg. 328/99, s. 1.
