Amending O. Reg. 160/99

(Definitions and Exemptions)

Note: Since the end of 2001, Ontario Regulation 160/99 has been amended by Ontario Regulations 19/02, 71/02, 116/02 and 145/02.  Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.

1. Section 3 of Ontario Regulation 160/99 is amended by striking out “Subsection 50 (3) of the Act does not apply to a subsidiary of the Services Corporation” at the beginning and substituting “Subsection 48.1 (3) of the Act does not apply to a subsidiary of Hydro One Inc.”.

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the following dates:

1. The date section 10 of Schedule A to the Reliable Energy and Consumer Protection Act, 2002 comes into force.

2. The date this Regulation is filed.
