Note: Since the end of 2001, Regulation 935 has been amended by Ontario Regulations 63/02, 215/02 and 374/02. Previous amendments are listed in the Table of Regulations published in The Ontario Gazette dated January 19, 2002.
1. The definition of “Formulary” in subsection 1 (1) of Regulation 935 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
“Formulary” means the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care publication titled “Drug Benefit Formulary/Comparative Drug Index” (No. 38) dated January 30, 2003;
2. This Regulation comes into force on January 30, 2003.
