Amending O. Reg. 160/99
(Definitions and Exemptions)
1. Section 2.2.1 of Ontario Regulation 160/99 is amended by striking out “Section 26 of the Act does not apply” at the beginning and substituting “Sections 26 and 28 of the Act do not apply”.
