Amending Reg. 737 of R.R.O. 1990

1. (1)  Subsection 19 (2) of Regulation 737 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) The boundaries of the Board area are those described in the Schedule.

(2) Section 19 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

SCHEDULE

All that parcel or tract of land in the Geographic Townships of Stirling and Lyon, in the Territorial District of Thunder Bay, described as follows:

Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 1 in Concession 3, in the said Township of Stirling;

Thence northerly along the limit between Concessions 3 and 4, to the northwesterly corner of Lot 6 in Concession 3;

Thence easterly along the north limit of Lot 6 in Concessions 3, 2 and 1, to the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 7 in Concession 1;

Thence northerly along the limit between the east half and the west half of Lots 7, 8, and 9 in Concession 1, to the north limit of Lot 9 in Concession 1;

Thence easterly along the northerly limit of Lot 9 in Concession 1 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 9 in Concession 1, being a point on the limit between the Townships of Stirling and Lyon;

Thence northerly along the limit between the Townships of Stirling and Lyon to the northwesterly corner of Lot 2 in Concession 11, in the Township of Lyon;

Thence easterly along the north limit of Lot 2 in Concessions 11 and 10, to the northeasterly corner of Lot 2 in Concession 10;

Thence southerly along the east limit of Lots 2 and 3 in Concession 10, to the northeasterly corner of Location AL 764;

Thence southerly along the east limit of Location AL 764 to the northwesterly corner of Lot 4 in Concession 9;

Thence easterly along the north limit of Lot 4 in Concessions 9 and 8, to the northeasterly corner of Lot 4 in Concession 8;

Thence northerly along the west limit of Lot 3 in Concession 7, to the northwesterly corner of Lot 3 in Concession 7;

Thence easterly along the north limit of Lot 3 in Concession 7 to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and perpendicularly distant 766.85 metres (38.12 chains) measured westerly from the easterly limits of Lots 2 and 1 in Concession 7;

Thence northerly along said line to the north limit of Lot 1 in Concession 7, being a point in the north limit of the Township of Lyon;

Thence easterly along the north limit of Lot 1 in Concessions 7 and 6 to the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 1 in Concession 6;

Thence southerly along the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 1 in Concession 6, to the south limit of Lot 1 in Concession 6;

Thence easterly along the northerly limit of Lot 2 in Concessions 6 and 5 to the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 2 in Concession 5;

Thence southerly along the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 2 in Concession 5 to the south limit of Lot 2 in Concession 5;

Thence westerly along the southerly limit of Lot 2 in Concessions 5 and 6 to its intersection with a line drawn parallel to and perpendicularly distant 804.67 metres (40 chains) measured westerly from the east limit of Lot 3 in Concession 6;

Thence southerly along said line to the south limit of said lot;

Thence along the limit between Lots 3 and 4 in Concession 6, to the westerly limit of the easterly 64.75 hectares (160 acres) of Lot 4 in Concession 6;

Thence southerly along the west limit of the easterly 64.75 hectares (160 acres) of Lot 4 in Concession 6 to the north limit of the Black Surgeon River and continuing on the production of said limit across the Black Sturgeon River to the south limit of the said river, being a point in the north limit of Lot 5 in Concession 6;

Thence in a general westerly direction along the south limit of the Black Sturgeon River to its intersection with the limit between Lots 4 and 5 in Concession 6;

Thence westerly along the south limit of Lot 4 in Concession 6 and along the south limit of Lot 4 in Concession 7 to the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 5 in Concession 7;

Thence southerly along the limit between the east half and the west half of Lot 5 in Concession 7 to the southerly limit of Lot 5 in Concession 7;

Thence westerly along the south limit of Lot 5 in Concessions 7 and 8 to the southwesterly corner of Lot 5 in Concession 8;

Thence southerly along the east limit of Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 in Concession 9 to the southeast corner of Lot 9 in Concession 9;

Thence westerly along the southerly limit of Lot 9 in Concession 9 to the southwest corner of Lot 9 in Concession 9;

Thence southerly along the east limit of Lots 10 and 11 in Concession 10 to its intersection with the inner limit of the shore road allowance along Black Bay of Lake Superior;

Thence continuing southerly on the production of the limit between Concessions 9 and 10, across the road allowance to the water’s edge of Black Bay;

Thence in a westerly and southwesterly direction along the water’s edge of Black Bay to its intersection with the limit between the Townships of Stirling and Dorion;

Thence westerly along the said township limit across the road allowance to the southeast corner of Lot 1 in Concession 1;

Thence westerly along the south limit of Lot 1 in Concessions 1, 2, and 3 to the place of beginning.

2. (1)  Subsection 36 (2) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) Section 36 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following Schedule:

All that parcel or tract of land in the geographic Township of West, in the Territorial District of Algoma and Province of Ontario, described as follows:

Premising that all bearings and distances are grid and all co-ordinates are referred to UTM Zone 16, Nad83 Datum.

Beginning at a point on the north shore of Dog Lake where the production of the west limit of Mining Location M6 intersects the water’s edge;

Thence westerly and northerly along the water’s edge of Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 715,475E with the water’s edge;

Thence northerly in a straight line to a point defined by the co-ordinates of 715,470E and 5,356,390N;

Thence easterly in a straight line to a point defined by the co-ordinates of 718,800E and 5,356,480N;

Thence northeasterly in a straight line to a point defined by the co-ordinates of 719,310E and 5,357,810N;

Thence on a course of S 68º 51' E a distance of 193.0 metres, more or less, to a point being the intersection of said course or said course produced with the water’s edge along the west shore of Eskay Lake;

Thence southwesterly along the water’s edge of the west and south shores of Eskay Lake to a point on the water’s edge of the south shore, said point defined by the intersection of the said water’s edge with a line having a bearing of S 26º 13' W and distant 761.0 metres, more or less, from a point defined by the co-ordinates 718,970E and 5,356,280N;

Thence on a course of S 26º 13' W a distance of 761.0 metres, more or less, to a point defined by the co-ordinates 718,970E and 5,356,280N;

Thence southeasterly in a straight line to a point defined by the co-ordinates of 719,810E and 5,355,460N;

Thence easterly in a straight line to a point defined by the co-ordinates of 720,220E, 5,355,470N;

Thence southerly in a straight line to a point having co-ordinates of 720,220E and 5,354,880N;

Thence on a course of N 88º 56' W a distance of 358.0 metres, more or less, to a point on the water’s edge of Dog Lake, said point defined by the intersection of said course or said course produced with the water’s edge;

Thence northerly along the water’s edge of Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 5,355,270N with the water’s edge;

Thence northwesterly across Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge of the opposite shore, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 719,728E with the water’s edge;

Thence westerly along the water’s edge of Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge, said point defined by the intersection of UTM GridLine 718,284E with the water’s edge;

Thence across Dog Lake on a course of S 30º 00' W 45.0 metres, more or less, to a point on the water’s edge of a peninsula, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 718,262E with the water’s edge;

Thence continuing on a course of S 30º 00' W, a distance of 415.0 metres, more or less, to a point on the water’s edge of Dog Lake, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 718,054E with the water’s edge;

Thence westerly along the water’s edge of Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge along the shore of a railway causeway, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 5,353,220N with the water’s edge;

Thence westerly across the railway causeway following UTM Grid Line 5,353,220N to a point on the water’s edge of the opposite shore, said point defined by the intersection of said UTM Grid Line with the water’s edge;

Thence westerly along the water’s edge of Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 716,389E with the water’s edge;

Thence across a peninsula on a course of N 22º 36' W a distance of 260.0 metres, more or less, to a point on the water’s edge of Dog Lake, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 716,290E with the water’s edge;

Thence northerly and easterly along the water’s edge of Dog Lake to a point on the water’s edge, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 718,198E with the water’s edge;

Thence across Dog Lake on a course of N 79º E a distance of 63.0 metres, more or less, to a point on the water’s edge of the opposite shore, said point defined by the intersection of UTM Grid Line 718,260E with the water’s edge;

Thence northerly and westerly along the water’s edge of the north shore of Dog Lake to the place of beginning.
