Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(Proceedings Commenced by Certificate of Offence)

1. (1) The Table to section 4.5 of Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “City of Toronto (established January 1, 1998)” and substituting “City of Toronto”.

(2) The Table to section 4.5 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following:

 

City of Kawartha Lakes

County of Haliburton

(3) The Table to section 4.5 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following:

 

District Municipality of Muskoka

(4) The Table to section 4.5 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following:

 

Haldimand County

(5) The Table to section 4.5 of the Regulation is amended by striking out the following:

 

Township of Bicroft in the County of Haliburton

Township of Cardiff in the County of Haliburton

That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 115 in the Township of Manvers in the County of Victoria

2. (1) Subject to subsections (2), (3) and (4), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (4) comes into force on September 1, 2006.

(3) Subsections 1 (2) and (5) come into force on October 2, 2006.

(4) Subsection 1 (3) comes into force on October 16, 2006.
