Amending O. Reg. 830/93
(Registration)
1. (1) Subsection 2 (2) of Ontario Regulation 830/93 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) The application fee is non-refundable.
(2) Subsection 2 (3) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(3) It is a requirement for the issuing of a certificate of registration that the applicant pay the required applicable annual fee.
(3) Subsection 2 (4) of the Regulation is revoked.
2. Section 11 of the Regulation is amended by adding “or required” after “prescribed” in the portion before clause (a).
3. Section 12 of the Regulation is amended by adding “or required” after “prescribed”.
4. Clause 13 (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) the application for reinstatement fee;
5. Section 14 of the Regulation is revoked.
