Amending O. Reg. 153/04
(Records of Site Condition — Part XV.1 of the Act)
1. Paragraph 7 of the definition of “area of natural significance” in subsection 41 (3) of Ontario Regulation 153/04 is revoked and the following substituted:
7. Habitat of a species that is listed on the Species at Risk in Ontario List as an endangered or threatened species under the Endangered Species Act, 2007.
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
