Amending Reg. 533 of R.R.O. 1990
(General)
1. Clause 3 (1) (a) of Regulation 533 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Gasoline Handling Act” and substituting “Technical Standards and Safety Act, 2000”.
2. Paragraph 7 of subsection 9.2 (5) of the Regulation is revoked.
3. Subsection 9.3 (8) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 9.2 (6)” and substituting “subsection 9.2 (5)”.
4. Section 11 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “clause (d)” and substituting “clause (e)”.
5. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
