Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. Schedule 68.1 of Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Revocation

3. Schedules 68.1 and 68.2 of the Regulation are revoked. 

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed. 

(2) Sections 1 and 2 come into force on the later of the day section 103 of the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.

(3) Section 3 comes into force on the first anniversary of the day sections 1 and 2 of this Regulation come into force.
