Amending O. Reg. 187/09

(GENERAL)

1. The Table to section 1 of Ontario Regulation 187/09 is amended by adding the following items:

 

Film Classification Act, 2005

all provisions except for section 47

the regulations made under the Film Classification Act, 2005

all provisions

2. The Regulation is amended by adding the following section:

Film Classification Act, 2005

2.1 For the purposes of subsection 3 (2) of the Act, the Ontario Film Authority that is incorporated under the laws of the Province of Ontario by letters patent dated September 25, 2013, and with which the Minister of Consumer Services entered into an administrative agreement dated May 5, 2014 for the purposes of section 4 of the Act, is designated as the sole administrative authority for the purpose of administering all provisions of the Film Classification Act, 2005 and the regulations made under that Act that are designated legislation under section 1.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of March 31, 2015 and the day it is filed.
