Amending O. Reg. 385/98

(TAX MATTERS - TRANSITION RATIOS AND AVERAGE TRANSITION RATIOS)

1. Ontario Regulation 385/98 is amended by adding the following section:

15. Despite sections 9 to 12, for the City of Orillia, the 2015 transition ratio for the industrial property class is 1.916554, the 2015 transition ratio for the large industrial property class is 1.916554 and the average transition ratio for the industrial property class is 1.916554.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
