Amending O. Reg. 161/99
(DEFINITIONS AND EXEMPTIONS)
1. Ontario Regulation 161/99 is amended by adding the following section:
6.0.4 Section 81 of the Act does not apply with respect to a transaction described in or authorized by section 49, 50, 50.1 or 50.2 of the Electricity Act, 1998.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
