Amending Reg. 434 of R.R.O. 1990

(TENDER FRUIT - PLAN)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 434 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “marketing” and substituting “producing and marketing”.

2. The definition of “tender fruit” in section 2 of the Schedule to the Regulation is amended by striking out “means nectarines” and substituting “means apricots, nectarines”.

3. Section 3 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

3. This plan provides for the control and regulation in any or all respects of the producing and marketing within Ontario of tender fruit, including the prohibition of such producing or marketing in whole or in part.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
