Amending O. Reg. 295/09
(CORPORATIONS INCORPORATED BY BUILD TORONTO)
1. Subsection 15 (2) of Ontario Regulation 295/09 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) A corporation incorporated under section 2 may only invest in securities that on December 31, 2017, are prescribed as eligible investments for the City under section 256 of the Act.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 2018.
