Amending O. Reg. 94/06

(BORDER APPROACH LANES)

1. The definition of “commercial motor vehicle” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 94/06 is revoked and the following substituted:

“commercial motor vehicle” has the same meaning as in section 3 of Ontario Regulation 419/15 (Definitions of Commercial Motor Vehicle and Tow Truck) made under the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 1 (3) of Schedule 2 to the Fighting Fraud and Reducing Automobile Insurance Rates Act, 2014 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
