Amending Reg. 720 of R.R.O. 1990

(MANUFACTURERS’ LICENCES)

1. Regulation 720 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following section:

3.1.1 A manufacturer of liquor shall ensure that any person who, under section 3 or 3.1, provides samples of liquor on behalf of the manufacturer holds a certificate demonstrating the successful completion of a server training course approved by the Board.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2016 and the day it is filed.
