1. Ontario Regulation 54/95 is amended by adding the following French version:
DISPOSITIONS GÉNÉRALES
Part préférentielle
1. Pour l’application de l’article 45 de la Loi, le montant prescrit de la part préférentielle s’élève à 200 000 $.
Régimes prescrits
2. Les comptes d’épargne libre d’impôt au sens de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu (Canada) sont des régimes prescrits pour l’application de la partie III de la Loi, quel que soit le moment où la désignation du bénéficiaire a été faite.
