1. Ontario Regulation 329/09 is amended by adding the following French translation:

1. Les définitions qui suivent s’appliquent à la Loi et aux règlements.
«biocarburant» S’entend au sens que le Règlement de l’Ontario 160/99 (Definitions and Exemptions) pris en vertu de la Loi de 1998 sur l’électricité donne au terme «biofuel». («biofuel»)
«biogaz» S’entend au sens que le Règlement de l’Ontario 160/99 (Definitions and Exemptions) pris en vertu de la Loi de 1998 sur l’électricité donne au terme «biogas». («biogas»)
