Amending O. Reg. 453/06
(IESO cost recovery re smart metering initiative)
1. Ontario Regulation 453/06 is amended by adding the following French version:
RECOUVREMENT PAR LA siere DES FRAIS LIÉS À L’INITIATIVE DES COMPTEURS INTELLIGENTS
Recouvrement par la SIERE des frais liés à l’initiative des compteurs intelligents
1. Sous réserve d’une ordonnance de la Commission, pour l’application du paragraphe 78 (3.0.3) de la Loi, la SIERE peut recouvrer les frais qu’elle engage en raison de son rôle et de ses responsabilités, tels qu’ils figurent dans ses objets, liés à l’initiative des compteurs intelligents.
