Amending O. Reg. 278/98

(GENERAL)

1. Clause 1 (1) (c) of Ontario Regulation 278/98 is revoked and the following substituted:

(c) services set out in subsection 6 (1) of Ontario Regulation 138/15 (Funding, Cost Sharing and Financial Assistance) made under the Child Care and Early Years Act, 2014; and

2. Section 6 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following subsection:

(8.1) Despite subsections (4) and (5), for the period beginning on December 11, 2017 and ending on December 31, 2018, the board shall use the method of cost apportionment for social services in its district that the board was using on December 10, 2017.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
