Amending Reg. 720 of R.R.O. 1990

(MANUFACTURERS’ LICENCES)

1. (1) Subsection 3.2 (1) of Regulation 720 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following definitions:

“honey wine” means a wine described in clause (b) of the definition of “Ontario wine” in subsection 1 (1) of the Act;

“maple wine” means Ontario wine that is produced by the alcoholic fermentation of Ontario maple syrup or another Ontario maple product;

(2) Subsection 3.2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “honey wine, maple wine” after “fruit wine” in the portion before paragraph 1.

(3) Paragraph 4 of subsection 3.2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “honey wine, maple wine” after “fruit wine”.

(4) Subsection 3.2 (4) of the Regulation is amended by adding “honey wines, maple wines” after “fruit wines”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
