Amending Reg. 552 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. (1) Paragraph 2 of subsection 1.3 (2) of Regulation 552 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Child and Family Services Act” at the end and substituting “Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

(2) Paragraph 2.1 of subsection 1.3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 37.1 of the Child and Family Services Act” at the end and substituting “section 77 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

(3) Paragraph 3 of subsection 1.3 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part IV of the Child and Family Services Act” at the end and substituting “Part VI (Youth Justice) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

2. (1) Subsection 6 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “subsection 142 (2) of the Child and Family Services Act” and substituting “subsection 188 (3) or 190 (2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

(2) Subsection 6 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “section 146 of the Child and Family Services Act” and substituting “section 199 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

3. (1) Sub-subparagraph 3 vi B of subsection 24 (1.1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part IV of the Child and Family Services Act” at the end and substituting “Part VI (Youth Justice) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

(2) Sub-subparagraph 3 vi C of subsection 24 (1.1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Part IX of the Child and Family Services Act” at the end and substituting “Part IX (Residential Licensing) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017”.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day it is filed.
