Amending O. Reg. 108/11
(FORMS)
1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 108/11 is amended by adding the following subsection:
(3) Despite subsection (1), the versions of Forms 2, 5 and 6 described in the Table of Forms at the end of this Regulation as it read immediately before April 16, 2019 may continue to be used.
2. The rows for Forms 2, 5 and 6 of the Table of Forms to the Regulation are amended by striking out the date in the Column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “January 31, 2019”.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
