Amending O. Reg. 167/97
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 16 (2) of Ontario Regulation 167/97 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) Anything required to be given to the Director in writing under the Act must be delivered by personal delivery, by ordinary mail, by fax or by another form of electronic transmission approved by the Director.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
