Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 3 of Schedule 108 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Magnetawan

Municipality of Whitestone

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 124 and 520 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Whalley Lake Road in the Municipality of Magnetawan and a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Townline Road in the Municipality of Whitestone.

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Magnetawan — Twp. of Strong

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate at its intersection with the easterly junction of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 124 and 520 in the Municipality of Magnetawan and a point situate 620 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Albert Street in the Township of Strong.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 108 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Whitestone
Village of Dunchurch

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 124 in the Municipality of Whitestone in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate at its intersection with the westerly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 520 and a point situate 540 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Moore Drive in the Village of Dunchurch.

(3) Paragraph 3 of Part 6 of Schedule 108 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Whitestone

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 124 and 520 in the Municipality of Whitestone in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Townline Road and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 520.

2. (1) Part 3 of Schedule 141 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Magnetawan — Twp. of Armour

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 520 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 1520 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Biddy Street in the Municipality of Magnetawan and a point situate 190 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Road in the Township of Armour.

Municipality of Whitestone

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 124 and 520 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Whalley Lake Road in the Municipality of Magnetawan and a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Townline Road in the Municipality of Whitestone.

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Magnetawan

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 520 in the Municipality of Magnetawan in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 280 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Jackson’s Road and a point situate at its intersection with the southerly junction of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 124 and 520.

(2) Part 4 of Schedule 141 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Magnetawan

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 520 in the Municipality of Magnetawan in the Territorial District of Parry Sound beginning at a point situate 600 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Biddy Street and extending easterly for a distance of 920 metres.

(3) Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 6 of Schedule 141 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 124 and 520 in the Municipality of Whitestone in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 70 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Townline Road and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 124.

District of Parry Sound — Municipality of Magnetawan

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 520 in the Municipality of Magnetawan in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 600 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Biddy Street and a point situate 280 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Jackson’s Road.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
