Amending O. Reg. 194/05
(INDUSTRY EMISSIONS - NITROGEN OXIDES AND SULPHUR DIOXIDE)
1. (1) Subsection 6 (3) of Ontario Regulation 194/05 is amended by striking out “as reported to the Director in accordance with Ontario Regulation 127/01 (Airborne Contaminant Discharge Monitoring and Reporting) made under the Act” at the end.
(2) Paragraph 4 of subsection 6 (4) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “as reported to the Director in accordance with Ontario Regulation 127/01 (Airborne Contaminant Discharge Monitoring and Reporting) made under the Act” at the end.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day this Regulation is filed.
