Amending O. Reg. 397/01
(EMISSIONS TRADING)
1. (1) Subsections 28 (2), (3) and (4) of Ontario Regulation 397/01 are revoked.
(2) Clause 28 (2.1) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) a continuous emissions monitoring system installed and operated in accordance with the document prepared by the Ministry, entitled “Guideline for the Installation and Operation of Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) Systems”, as amended from time to time and available on a website of the Government of Ontario; or
2. Clause 29 (2) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) a continuous emissions monitoring system installed and operated in accordance with the document prepared by the Ministry, entitled “Guideline for the Installation and Operation of Continuous Emission Monitoring (CEM) Systems”, as amended from time to time and available on a website of the Government of Ontario; or

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2020 and the day this Regulation is filed.
