Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Part 5 of Schedule 184 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Part 5

District of Sudbury — Municipality of Killarney

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 637 in the Municipality of Killarney in the Territorial District of Sudbury beginning a point situate 40 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Noble Street and extending easterly for a distance of 500 metres.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 184 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Sudbury — Municipality of Killarney

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 637 in the Municipality of Killarney in the Territorial District of Sudbury lying between a point situate at the westerly limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 637 and a point situate 40 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Noble Street.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
