Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 3 to 6 of Part 3 of Schedule 140 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of Seguin in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 400 and a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Tally-Ho Swords Road.

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 580 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Star Lake Road in the Township of Seguin and a point situate 90 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Bear Lake Road in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith.

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 20 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sanborn Drive and a point situate 720 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Axe Lake Road.

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith — Twp. of Perry

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 570 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as George Street in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith and a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Deer Lake Road in the Township of Perry.

(2) Paragraph 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 140 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of Seguin in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 85 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Tally-Ho Swords Road and a point situate 580 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Star Lake Road.

(3) Paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Schedule 140 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 90 metres measures easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Bear Lake Road and a point situate 20 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sanborn Drive.

(4) Part 6 of Schedule 140 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 720 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Axe Lake Road and a point situate 420 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bourdeau Road.

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
