Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Nipissing — City of North Bay — Municipality of Temagami

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 1535 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Cedar Heights Road in the City of North Bay and a point situate 235 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Temagami Marine Road in the Municipality of Temagami.

District of Timiskaming — Town of Latchford

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 lying between a point situate 610 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountainview Avenue in the Municipality of Temagami in the Territorial District of Nipissing and a point situate 650 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McLeod Avenue in the Town of Latchford in the Territorial District of Timiskaming.

(2) Paragraph 27 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores

27. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65.

(3) Paragraph 40 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores — Twp. of Evanturel

40. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 420 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Tobler’s Road in the City of Temiskaming Shores and a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bryan’s Road in the township of Evanturel.

(4) Paragraphs 45 and 46 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Town of Latchford — City of Temiskaming Shores

45. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the southbound lanes between a point situate 600 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue in the Town of Latchford and a point situate at its intersection with the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores.

46. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the northbound lanes between a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue in the Town of Latchford and a point situate at its intersection with the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores.

(5) Paragraph 5 of Part 3 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Twp. of Evanturel

5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the township of Evanturel in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bryan’s Road and a point situate 110 metres measured northerly from the said intersection.

(6) Paragraph 18 of Part 3 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores

18. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and extending northerly for a distance of 300 metres.

District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores

19. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the City of Temiskaming Shores in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 65 and a point situate 420 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Tobler’s Road.

(7) Paragraphs 1 and 10 of Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Nipissing — Municipality of Temagami

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Municipality of Temagami in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 60 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountainview Avenue and extending northerly for a distance of 550 metres.

10. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Town of Latchford in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 650 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McLeod Avenue and a point situate 260 metres measured southerly from the said intersection.

(8) Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

District of Nipissing — Municipality of Temagami

17. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Municipality of Temagami in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 235 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Temagami Marine Road and a point situate 100 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lakeshore Drive.

(9) Paragraph 23 of Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Twp. of Evanturel — Twp. of Dack

23. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 110 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Bryan’s Road in the township of Evanturel and a point situate 170 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 560 in the township of Dack.

(10) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — Town of Latchford

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Town of Latchford in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the southbound lanes between a point situate 260 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McLeod Avenue and a point situate 600 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue.

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Town of Latchford in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying in the northbound lanes between a point situate 260 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McLeod Avenue and a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Marcotte Avenue.

(11) Paragraph 4 of Part 6 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Nipissing — Municipality of Temagami

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Municipality of Temagami in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 100 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lakeshore Drive and a point situate 60 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountainview Avenue.

2. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 69 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate at its intersection with the south junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 11.

(2) Paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 69 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

District of Timiskaming — City of Temiskaming Shores

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 65 in the City of Temiskaming Shores in the Territorial District of Timiskaming lying between a point situate 300 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the north junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and extending northerly for a distance of 300 metres.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
