Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. Paragraph 3 of Part 3 of Schedule 68 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Nipissing — Municipality of West Nipissing
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 64 in the Municipality of West Nipissing in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 440 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the southerly limit of the roadway known as Olivier Road and a point situate 740 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Caron Road.
2. Part 4 of Schedule 68 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Nipissing — Municipality of West Nipissing
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 64 in the Municipality of West Nipissing in the Territorial District of Nipissing lying between a point situate 30 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the southerly limit of the roadway known as Olivier Road and a point situate 440 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the southerly limit of the roadway known as Olivier Road.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
